bodk Terms & Conditions — Rules That Govern Your Account and Play

01 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bodk website at https://bodk.io, including all subpages, tools, features, games, and betting markets accessible through that domain.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses all bodk services.
• "Balance" means the total sum of funds held within a Player's Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and winnings not yet withdrawn.
• "Real-Money Play" means any game, bet, or wager placed using funds drawn from the real-money portion of a Player's Balance, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or matched deposit amounts credited to a Player's Account as part of a bodk promotional offer, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the functional currency of the bodk platform, represented by the ৳ symbol.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process that bodk may require a Player to complete before approving withdrawals or as part of ongoing account reviews.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 8 of these Terms.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the bodk Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in a promotion — you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and accept them without qualification.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Your use of the Platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and not for commercial gain or professional gambling activity of any organised kind.

These Terms are effective from the date of your first Account registration or Platform use, whichever is earlier. bodk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 12. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

03 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the bodk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not a current or former employee of bodk, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the bodk Platform under these Terms or any prior agreement.
• You have not self-excluded from the Platform under the Responsible Gaming tools described in Section 11.
• You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.

bodk reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts that cannot demonstrate compliance with the eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money features on the bodk Platform, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the bodk Platform. Operating, attempting to operate, or being associated with more than one Account — regardless of the name, device, IP address, email address, or payment method used — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. bodk employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, bodk may close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and retain any balances relating to accounts opened in breach of this policy.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. bodk will never contact you to request your password by any means. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bodk immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bodk may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests, upon registration of a new payment method, or as part of a periodic compliance review. Acceptable verification documents may include a national ID card, passport, driver's licence, or utility bill issued within the preceding three months. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bodk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the bodk Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bodk does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently of bodk.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on the bodk Platform is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by bodk at the platform level, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits which are outside bodk's control. Players who have applied self-imposed deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools (Section 11) may have lower effective deposit ceilings.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must have completed any applicable KYC verification before the first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account or wallet registered in the same name as the bodk Account holder.
• Third-party withdrawals — i.e., to an account held in a name different from the registered Account holder — are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any active wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully met before those funds are eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds not subject to wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the above conditions.
• bodk processes withdrawal requests within a reasonable period, subject to verification requirements. bodk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

5.4 Deposits in Good Faith

You must only deposit funds that you lawfully own and are entitled to use. Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or other unlawful means is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities. bodk cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation involving fraudulent transactions.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

bodk offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players. All such offers — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions — are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is published:

• Each promotion is available to eligible players only and bodk reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each offer. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements within the validity period will expire automatically.
• bodk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the original terms.
• Systematic, coordinated, or professional bonus exploitation — including but not limited to use of multiple accounts, structured wagering patterns designed to minimise risk on qualifying bets, or collusion with other players — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in bonus cancellation and possible account closure.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bodk Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on bodk:

• A bet or wager is final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the Platform, except where bodk expressly provides a cash-out or bet edit function for a specific market.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or error that interrupts a game or betting session before a result is determined, bodk will apply the most recent verifiable game state to determine the outcome. Where no reliable state can be determined, the wager may be voided and the stake returned.
• bodk reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or at odds that were published as a result of a manifest error, including an obvious pricing mistake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply per game and per event. These limits are published within the relevant game rules and betting market information pages.
• All casino games on the bodk Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Live casino tables are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. bodk does not control the outcome of any individual game round or live casino hand.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct on the bodk Platform:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, event manipulation, or any form of corrupt betting activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino, poker, or multiplayer game formats.
• Conducting money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the Platform for any financially criminal purpose.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after placing bets or withdrawing winnings.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bodk staff or other players through any Platform communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology for the purpose of circumventing eligibility restrictions.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the bodk Platform — including but not limited to the bodk brand name and logo, website design, graphics, page layouts, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of bodk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from bodk. Scraping, data-mining, or systematic extraction of Platform data by automated means is expressly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bodk's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bodk shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings arising from Platform use or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, corruption of data, or unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet outages, or force majeure events beyond bodk's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by third-party game providers or sports governing bodies that affect game outcomes or event results.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

bodk is committed to promoting responsible gambling for all players. The Platform provides the following self-management tools, accessible through your Account settings dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been actively playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all real-money activity on the bodk Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months.

Your continued use of the bodk Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. Upon account closure, any withdrawable real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after satisfying any outstanding verification requirements.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the bodk Platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact bodk's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. bodk will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within fifteen (15) business days.

bodk's decision on any matter relating to the Platform — including game outcomes, account reviews, bonus eligibility determinations, and fraud investigations — shall be considered final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law, following the conclusion of bodk's internal review process.
